Welcome to Shiplog! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
2. Purchases, Billing, and Subscriptions
All financial transactions are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. By making a purchase, you also agree to Dodo Payments' applicable terms and conditions.
- Subscription Plans: Recurring subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the start of the next billing cycle.
- Upgrades and Downgrades: When upgrading or downgrading a plan, prorated charges or credits will be handled automatically via Dodo Payments for the remainder of your billing period.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use Shiplog only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content.
- Attempt to disrupt, exploit, reverse engineer, or hack the service.
- Engage in abusive behavior toward other users or our support team.
- Violate any applicable local, international, or trade laws.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, design, branding, and content comprising Shiplog (excluding your user-generated project data) are the exclusive intellectual property of Shiplog. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our service without explicit written permission.
5. Service Availability and Modification
We strive for high reliability and uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiplog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
